How we work
We start with the result and work backwards.
Before we build anything, we write what success looks like: the announcement your customers or staff would read when the system is live, the metrics that prove it, and the hardest questions someone will ask. If the document is not worth building, we say so. If it is, it becomes the spec.
The six steps
Step 1: Assess
A 60-minute diagnostic and a written opportunity report within days. You get the use cases, the ROI math for each, the readiness gaps, and a pilot scope.
Step 2: Write it first
We draft the announcement, the success metrics, and the FAQ with your owner. Everyone agrees on the target before the first line of code.
Step 3: Build in short cycles
A named senior engineer leads. You see a working demo on your real data every week.
Step 4: Verify
Evaluation tests exist before launch. People check the outputs where an error costs money. Every action is logged.
Step 5: Run
We operate the system under an agreed operating agreement, with runbooks, monitoring, and a monthly results review.
Step 6: Improve
Each quarter we propose the next improvement and show its expected return.
What we need from you
Three things, from day one.
- A business owner for the workflow.
- Access to the systems and data it touches.
- A decision-maker at the weekly demo.
